Before you fill out the form
The more detail you give us, the faster we can move. Photos and video help enormously, and so does an honest account of the dog's behavior. We would rather hear the hard parts up front than discover them in a foster home.
- Age, sex, weight, and whether the dog is spayed or neutered
- Vaccination and vet history, even if incomplete
- Behavior with people, children, dogs and cats
- Any bite history, resource guarding or escape behavior
- Your timeline and the dog's current living situation

How do I surrender my Cane Corso in Arizona?
Fill out the intake form on this page with the dog's age, sex, temperament history and your timeline. Our intake team reviews submissions daily and responds by phone or email, usually within 48 hours.
Do you charge to take a dog?
No. We never charge an owner to surrender. We do ask for the dog's vet records and an honest bite and behavior history — hiding it puts the next family and the dog at risk.
What if the dog has bitten someone?
Tell us anyway. Bite history does not automatically mean we say no; dishonesty does. We evaluate context, severity and whether the dog can be safely placed or needs a specialized home.
Can you take the dog today?
Rarely. We are foster-based, so intake depends on open foster homes. If we cannot take the dog immediately we will help you with a safety plan, courtesy listing or another Arizona rescue partner.
