One Breed. Done Properly.

The Cane Corso boom produced an enormous number of dogs and very few people prepared for them. Arizona shelters fill with adolescent Corsos who were bought as status symbols, never socialized, never trained, and surrendered at eighteen months when they hit a hundred pounds and started making decisions of their own.

Generalist shelters are not set up to place a dog like this. A misjudged adoption comes back as a bite report, and a Corso with a bite report frequently does not survive it. We exist because this breed needs people who know exactly what they are looking at.

How we operate

We are foster-based rather than kennel-based. Dogs live in real homes across the East Valley, which tells us far more about them than a run ever could — how they handle doorbells, cats, thunderstorms, kids on scooters, the mail carrier.

Every dog is vetted, altered, vaccinated and microchipped before placement. Every adoption comes with a contract that requires the dog return to us if things ever fall apart. We have taken dogs back after five years. That is the deal.

What we will not do

• We do not breed, sell puppies, or refer people to breeders.
• We do not place dogs into homes we would not put our own dog in.
• We do not hide a dog's history from an adopter, ever.
• We do not keep dogs in kennels long term.

Where we work

We are based in the Queen Creek and San Tan Valley area and take intake calls from anywhere in Arizona — Phoenix, Mesa, Gilbert, Chandler, Casa Grande, Tucson, and the rural county shelters that get overlooked entirely.
